Image Copyright Usage License
Article 1: Scope
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the terms and conditions for the use of images created or photographed by ABCDO (hereinafter referred to as the “Images”) and available on our online platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
Article 2: Intellectual Property
- Copyright: All Images on the Platform are protected by copyright in force in France and around the world. This means that ABCDO holds exclusive rights to the reproduction, representation, distribution, communication to the public and modification of the Images.
- Exclusive Ownership: You acknowledge that ABCDO is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights in the Images, including, but not limited to, copyrights, patents, trademarks and trade secrets.
Article 3: Authorized Use
- Free Use Prohibited: The use of the Images, even for non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from ABCDO. This means that you cannot use the Images to display them on your website, share them on social networks, print them or use them in any way without first obtaining a license from ABCDO.
- Paid License Required: If you wish to use the Images, you must purchase a license from ABCDO. The type of license you need to purchase will depend on the use you want to make of the Images. ABCDO offers a variety of licenses to meet your specific needs.
Article 4: Commercial and Non-Commercial Use
- Definition: Commercial use of the Images is defined as any use of the Images in connection with a lucrative activity, including, but not limited to, the sale of products or services, advertising and marketing. Non-commercial use of the Images is defined as any use of the Images for non-profit purposes, including, but not limited to, education, research and recreation.
- No Commercial Use Without License: Commercial use of the Images is strictly prohibited without purchase and without an explicit license from ABCDO. Even if you use the Images for non-profit purposes, you must still obtain a license from ABCDO if you use them in connection with a commercial activity.
Article 5: Request for Authorization

In your request, please specify the Images you wish to use, the use you wish to make of them and the duration of use. Our legal department will review your request and contact you for more information.
Article 6: Sanctions
- Copyright Infringement: Any unauthorized use of the Images will be considered an infringement of ABCDO’s copyright. ABCDO reserves the right to take all necessary measures to protect its rights, including, but not limited to, legal action against offenders.
- Damages: In the event of infringement of ABCDO’s copyright, you will be liable for all damages suffered by ABCDO, including, but not limited to, legal fees and attorneys’ fees.

- Source Citation: If you are authorized to use the Images, you must credit the source of the Images, i.e. ABCDO, with each use.

- License Termination: ABCDO may terminate your license at any time if you violate any of the provisions of these Terms.
